In keeping with that idea the Casino TDV features the original sunburst finish pattern found only on the first few hundred Casinos, the original metal Epiphone headstock badge, a tortoise-shell pickguard, and a rare and redesigned Tremotone tremelo included for the first time on a Casino in nearly 50 years. The Casino TDV wasn't just intended to look like the original 1961 Casinos, but also to sound like them, so the Casino TDV features legendary Gibson P90 pickups and switchcraft wiring.
